It's odd you've asked this. As I was writing this up, I was looking through their website; they don't mention what process they use, either. The only thing I could find was:
"Additionally, the manufacturer of MEG-3® is the only producer of fish oil in the world to achieve the U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP) verification. USP is the body that establishes the standards for the F.D.A. USP verification means that MEG-3® brand fish oils have been prepared under accepted manufacturing practices to ensure consistent quality and the ingredients meet stringent purity requirements."
I believe for a fish oil supplement to achieve "pharmaceutical-grade" labeling, it has to be molecularly distilled. I actually just called their head office in Nova Scotia, and left a message with someone about this. I just find it odd that they don't actually have molecular distillation anywhere on the website.
But, for the record, the fish oil I buy at Costco has the Meg-3 labeling, and it does say molecularly distilled:

Thanks for this.
I was a little confused with how much should be ingested before this. I looked on the back of bottles but was a bit put off by the fact that they stated no more than 3 capsules per day.
but then i realised this is most likely for sedentary people, much like vitamin and kcal RDAs.

Plus, think of the manufacturers point of view; for legality reasons, they want to recommend the lowest effective dose, since it has the highest therapeutic index, with the least amount of side effects.
Total assumption on my part, but that's the reasoning I presume for low-dose recommendations.

Why don't you start it? It could be linked in the FAQ along with this thread or whatever Mike sees fit.

+1 on the sticky. Also take your multi with your fish oil so the fat soluble vits get absorbed.
