Lunch Ideas for the on-the-go guy

Trying to find some high protein/low carb meals for lunch. I work alot, but I train alot as well, and my job only provides me with 30-45 minutes lunch. This has to be something I can make in the morning, and in about 30 minutes. AND if at all possible, something I can make a bunch of, and save for multiple days during the week. My health and physical nutrition takes priority over my need for variety, so I have the willpower to repeat lunch/dinner for multiple days if need be. My kids eat good, wholesome meals, but im currently cutting, and I can't eat what they eat. Plus, the lunchroom at work just doesn't do it for me. No spinach, nada.

So if anyone has any ideas of what I can buy in bulk at my local grocery store for lunch, let me know.

Thanks in advance folks!

I.E. Bagged chicken breast, Bagged shrimp, Cans of tuna, anything protein, nothing carb (or very little)

Buy alot of chicken, beef and baby spinach leaves. All you have to do is grill your chicken, put it away in tupperware and bring alot of spinach and munch on them with you lean meats. There's your high protein and low carb. I could keep going but Im not.

SSJP is right, but that shit gets old real quick. I used to do the Arnold thing, and just eat it straight out of the can. After a while, you can't take it anymore, lol. But spinach definitely, and just mix is up if you need variety, I know I sure as shit do.

Tuna is great mixed with a whole number of things. Red onion, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, avocado... there are definitely ways to spice it up.

Balsamic vinegar FTW. Without this, I'd die. I use it on almost everything, lol. That, and avacados.

100-150 gram Spinach, 3-4 eggs, 1 sliced tomato, 2 slices of serrano ham together in a pan and fried with a bit oil (tomatos right before serving, otherwise their are mashed). There you go. I don't mind 2 slices of whole grain bread with it. But this means more carb.
