Ripped and Weak or fat and Strong

Hi. I was ripped (185-190 lbs) for the whole last year and for some reason I couldn't lift as much, punch as hard or be as explosive as when I was slightly chubby (225 lbs). I must admit though my cardio was the best it has ever been at 185 lbs. I now have decent cardio but sometimes gass after a hard 15 minute sparring session. I'm 135 lb now and am throwing 220lb guys (up to 290) around like rag dolls again but I notice I am having a difficult time picking up chicks at the bar and I liked my body better when it was ripped. When I was ripped women would always be interested and compliment my abs ect. On the other side no one is dumb enough to try to fight/pick on me cuz of my size ( when I was Ripped occasionally guys would start lipping off and starting fights with me for no reason of my own doing). So what should I aim for here? Ripped/Awesome Cardio/GF's or Chubby/Smash Guys at the Gym & Bar/Eat More? Or maybe 195lbs? I don't know. I like all that raw power that comes with being a bit chubby.

Decide if you want to look impressive with a shirt on or off. Because it's almost impossible to be both.

You are 135 now down from 220? Sounds unhealthy depending how long it took to get down.

As for your question, I think this picture answers it.

Chubbed and strong ftw
