still so very close minded, You probably didn't even get vitamin b12 from sources other than vegetables..and or even understand what you needed to be eating on a daily basis in order to maintain adequate nutrition / complete protein / vitamin b12

The fact of the matter is that, Cholesterol is a product that ONLY comes from meat..Other than what we already produce in our bodies naturally. THE ONLY SOURCE.

High cholesterol is the #1 or #2 cause of death in America from disease today.

Knowing this alone should be enough to realize that meat is not healthy for you if it is the #1 or #2 cause of death in the world. This mainly revolves around the standard american diet. We have such high saturated fat / cholesterol intake that it leads to various types of major disease due to very high cholesterol count.

HAVE YOU NOT MADE THE LINK BETWEEN MEAT AND CHOLESTEROL YET OR AM I MISSING SOMETHING?

My dad was a high gi too, that doesn't mean he knows shit about nutrition.

Cory, get off your soapbox. This forum isn't the place to preach. While some still buy into the lipid hypothesis, others don't. Your being clear in your opinion, and everyone is aware of it.

If you have something constructive to contribute to the forum, please do so. But ranting on and on meat isn't going to cut it for contributing.

I'm locking this thread only temporarily. I think the TS's question was answered, but this is getting out of hand.

Seriously, this is just fucking retarded. Vedic, half of your posts just sound like someone with little dick syndrome and half of cory's have absolutely nothing to add to the discussion. I think everyone gets it. Vedic is an uber PT w/ experience in absolutely everything you could ever think of, and cory feels like Michael Jackson at an elementary school after 2 weeks of this type of diet and knows other people who have kiddy-boners from it as well.
