Omega 3 chews

Does anyone actually use these? GNC - GNC Omega-3 Soft Chews - Citrus Flavor

They had free samples sitting out at GNC this weekend. They actually taste like an orange starburst. I have no problem taking fish oil and don't foresee me ever using these, but they really do taste like candy. Does anyone take/eat these?

It might taste good but I would still stick to my fish oils because the DHA/EPA is very low on those chewables. It says...105 mg total of EPA and DHA and there's only 60? chewables in there for $16-20. So you can see, you'll be buying a bag of these every couple of days, lol!

That's what I thought. As I said, I have no problem taking fish oil. The guy working mentioned that it's good for little kids who won't take fish oil pills. I honestly didn't even look at the cost. I was wondering if there is anyone out there popping them like candy.

I'd say it's fine for kids, but once they can swallow pills safely I'd switch them over to the pill form.

My girlfriend takes them, and I find myself sneaking one every now and then. I take normal fish oil, but those things aren't nearly as tasty!

If you don't mind a ton of sugar to go along with a measly amount of EPA and DHA, they're great!

My sister gave me a bunch and I did find myself eating them like candy. Never bought them myself but they are an alternative for those that can't stomach regular pills
