My wife loves climbing and she's tried to get me into it several times.... I've tried it, but for some reason just can't get interested in it. Different strokes I guess. I've seen a lot of people that really take that seriously though.

Well for me its different. I needed a break from martial arts. I became really sick last fall, and I wanted to try something new. Utah is one of the best states in the country for climbing. We have over 20 pros that climb at our gym(when the weather is bad). It doesn't hurt to work at one of the top places in the world for it either. Also it is how I got the woman I have been seeing to hang out. That worked perfect

But it's not for everyone, my room mate refuses to try it as he hates heights. But I love it, definately something I will be doing for a long time.

Vedic, do you do any outdoor climbing, or is it all in the gym?

So you climb real terrain as well? Some people just do inside wall climbing so I don't know. I climbed in Virginia a couple of years ago... scared the fuck out of me between the height and that rattle snakes... ha ha... They tell you not to look down but you ALWAYS do

I have only done outdoor twice, I only started at all a month ago when I was hired here. I am going to Moab, Utah next month though and climbing one of the towers.

Boulders, walls, towers etc etc. I am going to be trying it all. As I said there are so many pros here that will take me out that I would be a idiot not to. In exchange for nutrition tips, I get guides etc

It's crazy how many woman are into climbing. My gym seriously looks like a sorority house at times. It's also neat to employ aesthetic feats of strength impress the younger climbers. It's definitely not nice to climb too often and start to develop an overuse injury.

Vedic:

Moab is some killer fun stuff. I haven't been climbing out there yet, but I've heard tales and climbed an indoor recreation of one of the famous rock spires in the vicinity.

Ya I am in the climbing capitol. Zions, Canyonlands, Arches, Moab, are all within 5 hours from me. big and Little Cottonwood Canyon and Provo Canyon are within 30 minutes.

As for the lady factor, I am telling you, there are more women in shape here than any normal gym. The girl I have been seeing loves it here. That being said, you can all meet her when you go to Fatty's comp.

To get back on topic, seems as though Amazon finally ran out of stock of Neurostim. They just sent an e-mail canceling my subscription to it.

Time to look up suitable alternatives again.
