Replacement for Muscle milk

Usually after a workout i drink muscle milk, but i've read in the threads in the FAQ that most people drink muscle milk before bed and not after a workout. Is there a better post workout shake i should be drinking? I've seen the sticky of protein shakes, but the thing i liked about muscle milk was that i could buy the powder, stick it with some water/milk, shake it up and it was ready to go. Any ideas for a replacement?

Thanks

Pretty sure people suggest MM as a before bed thing is because of its Casien content, a slow digesting protein good for long periods of no eating (sleeping) to prevent catabolism.

For PWO I don't see why you couldn't do the same "powder, shake and go" routine with anything from here...

Yeah my mistake, are any other good protein powders you could recommend for a post workout shake?

All that said, I don't see a single thing wrong with muscle milk post-workout. It has casein, but it's not all casein.
