Red meat everyday?

Why do many claim eating red meat everyday = bad?

Reasons
Iron overdose?
Receding hairlines?
Heart problems?

I train BJJ 5 days a week plus Shotokan Karate 2 days a week and I don't eat any red meat at all... I'm 29 and this is the best I have ever felt in my entire life !!!

I eat chicken, fish and plenty of vegetables...

I have felt a huge difference in my cardio and overall well being since I stopped eating red meat ... I just feel a lot lighter ...

I don't know if red meat is good or bad.. I stopped listening to what the "experts" say and just listen to my body instead !!! If you feel great eating red meat then keep eating it ...

Primarily heart problems, though the connection is spurious at best. It's absolutely safe to eat every day.

Nothing beats a good slice of Kangaroo meat fried in ghee. Best source of CLA and carnitine on the planet.

Red meat is typically high in fat. Back over the past 20 years fat has been demonized as the cause of obesity, heart disease, etc. Obviously since red meat is high in fat, it is the cause of the obesity, heart disease, etc. (sarcasm)

My blood pressure was like 5% over "normal" but I was talking through the whole test which skews the results. Went in a week later to the doc and didn't talk and I was in the lower range of "normal" for my age.

An iron overdose is a potential side effect, but only if you eat like 4000+ calories a day. A hamburger has about 25% dv I believe (last time I checked the bag) so if you stay below 5 or the equivalent you should be fine. Having one-three servings of red meat a day is not going to do anything to you and will probably make you feel really good mentally and physically.

How do you even get this? Are there kangaroo farms that sell this shit or do you have to hunt them? lol Sorry for the ignorant American perspective - but I thought Kangaroos were essentially wild animals that were not eaten.

In other news my friend recently moved to Beijing and said you can easily get donkey and buffalo meat there, which is supposedly incredibly good for you. Buffalo meat raises test supposedly.
