Recovery meal

Whats does everybody eat for their recovery meal after a good workout or training session? What is ideal? I usually go for some rice and tuna.

16 ounces water, 50 grams Whey Isolate, 50 grams Dextrose, 50 grams Maltodextrin mixed together in a blender. Tastes great, and gives you thecarbs and protein your body so desperately need PWO
