Recommend a fast digesting carbohydrate.

Looking to add a fast digesting carbohydrate to my hydrolyzed protein drink. Is Gatorade powder not a good idea? Looking for something that is easy to get to semi-replicate Bio-test Surge.

Either Dextrose, Maltodextrin, or Waxy Maize Starch.

Now your talking crazy talk. I mean, if there was a well known nutritional writer that put out a decent article on low-GI carbs PWO, maybe, just MAYBE I'd consider it.

/sarcasm off

Yeah, ground oats PWO are an excellent form of carbs PWO also.
