Hey guys could you please fine tune my diet or advise me on any changes I could make. I dont tend to count calories too much just try and get as much healthy food in as possible!
The reason im asking is although the majority of food consumed is healthy ive still managed to accumulate a bit of abdominal fat. I do Bill Starrs 5x5 3x a week and football 2x a week. My major vice is that I do tend to go out once every other week and sink a considerable amount of ale. Im trying to cut down but I live with 3 buddies who drink constantly and often find myself drinking just to socialise with them.
Anyway back to the diet:
8.00am Supershake, comprising of- 2 Scoops Whey, 2 Scoops Oats, frozen mixed berries, drizzle of Olive Oil, semi skimmed milk
10am Can of Tuna or 250g Frommage Frai with mixed nuts
12.30pm 2 Pieces Mackrel, 1/2 sweet potato, cup broccoli
3pm Chicken breast wrapped in Bacon (with Garlic & Butter), 1/2 Sweet potato, cup broccoli
5.00pm 2/3 Large Poached eggs
TRAIN
6.30pm Scoop whey in semi Skimmed Milk
7.30pm Spag bol with Wholewheat Pasta or pork chops and veg
10pm scoop whey, scoop caesin in water
I also tend to snack on maybe an apple, orange, pear or banana each day too
Ive calculated that I probably drink 2000 k/cal of alcohol every other week
Am I eating a bit much for my activity level as I could easily eat more esp at night!
Im 6ft 179lbs (up from 145!) est 15% bf
