I would take out the taurine, creatine, leucine, and glutamine.
I've never really seen where taurine is that beneficial post workout... especially being 5% of your drink.
Creatine is cheap as fuck and you're better off buying it separately so you can control your intake better. Unless you're a really huge dude, 3-5 grams a day is enough and I don't like the idea of it being 5% of my drink.
Leucine is great but it's covered when taking the BCAA's.
Glutamine is worthless unless you're on an extreme diet with a very low protein intake, or you're planning to have surgery after your workout.
Here's what I would do...
- 30% Hydrolyzed Whey Protein High Grade
- 30% Dextrose
- 30% Maltodextrin
- 10% Branched Chain Amino Acids
Add 5g of creatine to this per serving.
