peanut-question

Well, started eating peanuts with whey-shakes for middleafternoonsnack, but I wanna know if there is any difference between the usual salted peanuts and peanuts still in its shell??
Both salted and "raw" peanuts are roasted (according to the productinfo) so, is it bad to eat salted & roasted peanuts cause pealing if the shell would take forever.

Tried nuts such as almonds and hazel-nut but I seem to be allergic to them.

Don't sweat it.

Peanuts raise your testosterone. Athletes don't need to worry about salt, and I don't see anything wrong with roasting a peanut. I doubt it damages the fat. It's not like they were smoked.

The only thing I've heard is roasting nuts tends to make them lose some of the fatty acids. I emphasize heard, beacuse I've never read anything that states that, I was just told by someone who is constantly reading up on this type of stuff. They said to get un-roasted, blanched nut.
