I switched to organic food and have felt better, slept better and trained harder. I don't feel heavy after a meal and always have a ton of energy. Plus, I lost about 10 pounds of fat in about a month. It may cost a bit more but it has been worth it to me.

Yes, organic foods are good for you. Some foods you don't need to buy organic because they are exposed to high levels of chemicals. I seriously doubt eating organic will make you lose weight. Chemicals don't contain calories. An organic apple is still just an apple.

Hey TheSpartan, who told you protein powders were bad for you?
