Trying to cut weight for my first amatuer fight may 17th need help!!

ok guys, i need your help
i refuse to eat school food acuse its very unhealthy, so should i just skip lunch and make some healthy food when i get home?
or what, please help

Not really. He wants general diet advice, not cutting advice.

TS: Just pack something healthy. Even if it's just tunafish on whole wheat bread and an apple or something.

Some really odd posts lately. How much weight are you trying to lose? what does your deit look like and what are you training for.

Some of these questions remind me of someone saying "hey i have a math problem, its some numbers, what is the answer?"

Its hard to help without knowing more.
