Chicken Spaghetti
Half a box of 100% whole wheat Angel Hair pasta
I can't believe its not butter spray
Chicken tenderloins or a big can of premium chicken
2 slices of 2% cheese
Sauce option 1:
1 can of Del Monte Diced tomatoes with what ever style you choose (onions and bell peppers, garlic and basil etc.)
1 can of tomato sauce
garlic powder
onion powder
Crushed red pepper flakes
Parsley
salt and pepper
Sauce option 2:
Classico Italian sausage sauce
crushed red pepper flakes
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Step 1:
Cook or bake chicken anyway you want then shred it into a bowl and move it to the side. I prefer to boil the chicken with some onion and garlic powder, some butter spray and some salt. It allows the chicken to break up much easier
Step2
Next boil the water, add some salt, butter spray, parsley, garlic and onion powder and half a box of pasta.(or whatever seasonings you decide)
step 3
Cook the pasta to desired softness then drain it into a colander (water drainer) in the sink and leave it there. Most of the seasonings will stick to the pasta when the water drains.
step 4
Create Sauce option 1 buy pouring a can of Del Monte tomatoes in a pot.
Add tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red peppers, salt and pepper, 2 slices of 2% cheese, shredded chicken and then stir. You can add water to the pot to thin it out if desired.
Bring to a boil
Sauce option 2
Pour in bottle of Classico sauce and add garlic and onion powder, crushed red pepper, chicken and 2 slices of cheese.
Bring to a boil.
After the sauce is made add pasta and stir, reduce heat then I like to take cooking scissors an and cut the spaghetti inside the pot at this point to make the noodles smaller. Stir again for a minute or so and then let sit for 5 mins before serving
I usually serve with Natures Own 100% whole wheat bread no added sugar bread, sprayed with butter spray and sprinkled with garlic salt.
This meal is good for you, taste great and best of all its makes plenty easy to reheat left overs that taste great out of the microwave.

This is one of my favorites.
-Pound out chicken and flatten.
-Rub with salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne or chili powder, basil (these are the spices I usually have on hand. Others will work)
-Fold chicken in half and place in large ziplock bag.(you can use toothpick or string but they usually stay folded for me.)
-Marinade chicken in light Italian dressing, lemon juice, and onion. (I prefer overnight)
-Place on grill or foreman still folded.
Cook on both sides, then you should be able to unfold and cook the middle better with all of the spices staying on the chicken.
I usually eat with some grilled veggies in a simialr marinade, and some home made pasta salad!
