Mayo is not so good for you and canned tuna is a convenient source of protein but can be a little bland. i use 1/2 an avacado (great source of monounsat fat) mixed with a can of tuna. i sprinkle an all purpose rub or hot sauce over the mixture to spice it up. you can go with or without bread.

They were pretty damned good, just make sure you use a little extra baking soda and the water isn't really necessary. Also, mashed bananas and almonds or berries go great in them if you don't have tangerine.

Banana Nut Oatmeal -
Cut two bananas into about 1/4 an inch slices
Cook them in a tbs of coconut oil
cook for 2 mins
on the 1:30 mark throw in a serving of walnuts
put into some cooked oats

My protein shake (similar to BJ Penns):

1 cup oatmeal, blend into "dust"
1 packet of carnation instant breakfest (I like chocolate to go with my chocolate whey)
2 Scoops whey
1 cup frozen berries
2 bananas
1 cup milk
1/2 cup OJ (I use this instead of multivitamin, makes it taste better and still gives you vitamins)

This makes 2 big cupfuls, I usually make it and drink 1 for breakfest both days. Enjoy!

For you guys that are cutting down on carbs and looking for sandwiches that translate well to wraps BLT (bacon lettuce tomatoe) wraps make the move nicely.

Awesome. I got mine pretty much from Penn's too so it looks alot like yours.

1 cup Oatmeal, raw
2 Bananas
2 scoops Protein Powder
1 cup non fat milk
1/2 cup blueberries/blackberries
1/2 cup strawberries (Rotate with Nectarines or Oranges)
2 tbsp Flax Seed Oil

I'm trying to find some greens to put in. BJ uses some Ocean Greens stuff I haven't really found yet.

Can anyone help me on my protein bar? I fooled around with some ingrediants today, but couldn't really make anything that tasted that good without a ton of sugar. This is what I did:

some grape nuts
pinch of flour
pinch of whey
tablespoon of honey
pinch of egg (what is it called when it is just cracked open?)
sesame seeds
bit of milk

squish into desired shape and let cook for ten minutes

the result was a bar that sorta crumbled and tasted sorta like dog food. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make it better? I was thinking adding oatmeal, almonds chocolate chips... I want something that will hold me over until I can make a meal.
