I dont have exact measurements but just play around with it until you find a balance
Ew.

BTW, I love this thread.

What specifically is wrong with Splenda/Sucralose?

Honey's good stuff though. I'd probably avoid it in coffee (that just sounds wrong, lol), but I use it plenty of other things. Great for cooking.

Well I think we would all agree that anything that is not "natural" is not very beneficial, Splenda has been linked to cancer and being that most of us will be consuming a lot to avoid sugars can be at higher risk.

Whoa there, Hoss. It's not even recognized as a carbohydrate, and is eliminated from the body barely ****bolized---and NOT ****bolzied for energy, even thought the chemical structure is extremely close to sucrose.

You're a smart fella, so I'm not sure why you seem to be taking the treehugger stance on this.

Some light (sugar-free) T-nation reading here.

Splenda is sucralose, and not Aspartame. That's Equal.

Plus, I'm sure KK will object to the studies linking aspartame to cancer, since the formaldehyde creating agent is far more abundant in an orange than in a can of diet soda.

Read: Some understanding of chemistry, human physiology and a dose of common sense would help with making your posts seem a little more intelligent. You're a bit out of your element in D&S, aren't you?

Advice: Read my sig, and apply.
