Protein Pudding
1 Box Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding
2 Cups Milk
3 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder ( you can add more or less)
This is recipe is great. It's simple and quick to make. I often get tired of just milk and protein powder so just having a different texture and more flavor makes a big difference. You only add 100 calories and 24 carbs with the Vanilla Pudding

Vey simple chili recipe
I think that it's alright to have beans in chili con carne, so long as you dont lose sight of the meat and peppers, which as the name suggests, are the base of it. It's not chili if there's less meat in it than beans.
1 package of ground venison (or lean beef or turkey; not sure on the weight of 1 package. I think it's about 2, 2 1/2 lbs)
1 can of beans
1 pack taco bell taco seasoning
pepers (green, red, jalepeno, habenero w/e) to taste
1 bottle light beer
garlic powder
onion (to taste)
cheddar cheese
1 to 2 dollops of light ranch dressing
Brown the venison in the beer. Stirrin' throughout, add the beans and anythin' else but the cheese and ranch. Adjust flavour to taste. Add ranch and cheese. so that they're in just long enough for the cheese to melt before servin'.

Butternut Squash Recipe
Ingredients:
1. One butternut squash
2. Splenda
3. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Cut squash in half long ways and scoop out the seeds. Place on cookie sheet and put in a 350 degree oven for 75 minutes. Once squash is soft, separate the meat of the squash from the skin. Put the meat of the squash in a bowl, add splenda and pumpkin pie spice to taste. Chill for a couple of hours. Enjoy
This is my favorite recipe. I make this a couple times a week. It's very healthy and it makes a great replacement filling for pumpkin pie.

I've tried Mike's Taco Pie and the Sloppy Joe recipe
Thumbs up to both, very easy to make.

Here are some hamburgers I made tonight for my girlfriend and I.
1 Pound 95% Lean Ground Beef
1/2C. Red Onions, diced
1/2C. Spinach, chopped
1 Whole Egg
1Tbsp Tomato Paste
1tsp Cumin
1/8tsp Salt
Pepper to taste
Just mix everything in a bowl. You can substitute with ground turkey if you want, but you'd probably want to either add oil or extra egg to the recipe to have it better hold together because of the lean-ness of turkey. I pan fry them with a tiny bit of olive oil, and this recipe will yield 4 good sized patties. The extra egg holds the relatively lean meat together, while the onions, spinach and tomato paste give it a nice roundness of flavor. Nutritional breakdown per patty is:
170 kCal
6g Fat (2.5g Saturated Fat)
276mg Cholesterol
431mg Sodium
4g Carbs (1g Fiber, 2g Sugar)
24g Protein
Those are pretty rough numbers, but yeah, it's pretty tastey.

Here's something my marathon runner gfriend made up and I promptly stole
Several chicken breasts (frozen or thawed)
1 or 2 packages of taco seasoning (low sodium if you can find it)
1-3several cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies
water
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook 8-12 hours. Shred chicken with fork, serve with slotted spoon. The ingredients don't have to be exact by a long shot. I use roughly 3 lbs of chicken, 2 packets, 3 cans, and 2 cups water. This is really hard to fuck up and makes a decent amount of food to start the week off. Add it to a whole wheat tortilla and you have chicken tacos. On some lettuce and spinach and it's taco salad time. It even works pretty well by itself.
