Oh yeah, sorry about that. Forgot entirely. Not for certain because there are NO Franchises of GNC in Canada. So it's all a Corporate thing. My boss didn't know specifically, but since it's a Corporate mandate you can call the Customer Service number and ask them directly.

KK, I'm looking to start taking Beta Alanine. The clerk at the local GNC said that Pro Performance is going to be coming out with one soon. Heard anything about it? Also, they had a supp that had Beta Alanine, CEE, and Carnosine in it. He made some pretty outlandish claims for the stuff (don't remember the brand) especially focusing on the Carnaline. What's up with this stuff?

KK, I just bought some ON 100% whey protein powder. In the ingredients list, it says it contains High Fructose Corn Syrup. Is this something to be concerned about or do a lot of protein powders contain it?

king,

19 years old, I lift or train 3-5 days a week. Work 2-3(often8-14 hour days) In good shape looking to get more lean mass. I take ON whey now and have used other creatines in the past, but not in quite some time. I will be trying cellmass soon. I have never taken a vitamin or mineral pill in my life and would like to hear your input. I hear lots of positive things about fish oil, and multivitamins. I dont often eat the most fruits and veggies either and was wondering about a supplement for that. Your thoughts?

How do you feel about the hype behind Waxy Maize Starch? On paper it looks like a superior carb post workout, but i haven't seen any studies concluding it to be superior to the usual high GI carbs.

Have you tried any of MRI's products (I.E. NO2 Black, etc...) I know GNC carries them and wanted to try out a few. Your take?

onetwo... In terms of lean mass I've tried BSN's Mass Stack and had decent results but I've heard better about Gaspari's NO and Creatine products/Lean Mass Optimizers (Superpump250 and SizeOn) If Cell Mass and/or No Xplode aren't giving you your desired results try those on for size.

Anyone have an opinion about what the best NO/Creatine products are on the market today?

One of our Regional Sales Directors was telling me about it. I think it's 2.5g per serving or something. Not sure, my boss is going to let me try it when it comes in.

HFCS is EVERYWHERE nowadays. Can't get away from it. But it's not something I'd be concerned about as long as the sugar content is low (which it should be). That indicates there's not enough HFCS to make an impact.

I haven't seen anything either. So as of right now I feel neutral about it.
