Im taking both the maximum fruits and maximum greens, i recommend both as i felt a major change in my energy levels, leading to longer work outs and also i was just happier. The Maximum fruits seem to be helping my Breathing (i have shit for breathing normally) with all the anti-oxidants im getting that i wouldn't normally. Plus they taste REALLY good, and both have been on sale at GNC the last two times i went there. I recommends them highly, especially for those who don't get enough fruits and veggies

Not necessarily, no.
And I'm not sure how Greens+ compares to Maximum Greens without looking into it deeper. But Greens+ is a reputable company so I'd wager it's a good brand.

GNC fots a new superfoods supreme out now. Its basically fruits and vegetables together. Its equivalent to 13 standard servings and taste pretty decent too. Its 49.99 though but I guess thats cheaper then buyin the maximum fruits and veggies seperatly. Also mixes good too.

I noticed that GNC now sells something called PM protein. RIght now I take Muscle Milk before bed. Does anyone know if this PM protein stuff is any good? Is it better than Muscle Milk for a before bed protein?

It's not better if you're trying to bulk up because its less calorie dense. If you're trying to lean out, though, or have trouble digesting the Muscle Milk because of the caloric density then it would be a better option. Then again so would BSN's Syntha-6.

I'm not trying to bulk up. I'm pretty much just looking to maintain my weight (175). I want something that would be suitable as a pre-bedtime meal to stop my body from going into a catabolic state too bad.

Then I'd suggest the TR Complete or Syntha-6, unless your caloric intake WITH the Muscle Milk is already stable and you're not continuing to gain weight.

Does GNC even ship the Ultra Mega Greens to Canada? Reason I ask is that Sonny has checked 2 places in Vancouver, and I've checked the one GNC in my city, with no luck. In fact, the dude behind the counter had no idea what I was even talking about.
Is it a case of a specific ingredient making it illegal in Canada (which I doubt), or just a matter of stores not carrying it?

Good question, I'll have to consult the bossman on that one because this is the first I've heard of it. He might have to ask the Company directly if he doesn't know.
You do mean Maximum Greens right? Because the name of Ultra Mega Greens changed to that..."Maximum Greens."
