So, i got about 6 or so bottles of it, been on the ECA thing about a month or something like that. anyways. the pills are 8mg dose.

I just ordered a case of 12 bottles, the bottles are the same, still the same 8mg dose per pill, but when i opened it, the pills are like 3 times the size as the old ones, but its the same bottle, i looked over everything.

im kinda weirded out. like why would the pill be made bigger if it has the same stuff in it? maybe im just paranoid. but anyone got any answers maybe? i emailed the company i got them from, waiting for a logical reply back... figured i'd ask here too.

Most generics use different fillers for pills.

Also, sometimes a change in shape can give the appearance of a larger pill.

If they are from the same company, I would call the company. If they are from the same store, but a different company, I could call the store.

Alternatively, you can probably find pictures of different ephedrine pills online.

That is pretty weird and I can understand your concern when dealing with ephedrine. Have the pills changed such as going from a hard pill to a gel cap or something like that? Anyway, I'd call the manufacturer vs. emailing... or even both is good to see if you get the same answer

I've sent emails to supplement companies before and have waited a week or more to get a response... when I called I've always got the response right there on the phone. Let us know the scoop, I'm curious.

"Thanks for the interest in the products! We use two different manufacturers
for that tablet. One of them uses more magnesium (used as a filler), because
they have limitations on how small a tablet they can produce. Both sizes are
identical in ephedrine amounts and potency. I prefer the smaller ones
myself. Moving forward we have demanded both manufacturers to be able to
make the smaller tablet, but for the next 6 months you will still come
across both sizes on the market.

That is pretty much what I figured.

On a semi-related note, where do you buy your ephedrine? There's this bronkaid stuff that has ephedrine and guifenisin in it for like $7 a box at my CVS. I bought a pack and it is really good for colds, but I might consider taking ephedrine for ECA purposes. With my discount it is only like $5.75 for a box of 24 tablets, 25mg each, after taxes. If the price is comparable online, I might try that instead, since I'm not too keen on taking 1.2g of guifenisin a day for no reason.

yeah, the first ones i got were 50 pills, but really small so the bottle was like WAY over sized for the pills. the new ones, there are still 50 pills, but with out the cotten they still only fill like 30% of the bottle. both 8mg dose per pill.

I pay about $4.41 for 50 pills when i buy the 12 pack. If i just buy a single bottle i pay $4.99. But its a canadian site, i'm not sure if they ship to the USA
