Rate my PWO meal

Since right now i can't really afford any supplements like Whey, here's what i eat after lifting weights.

2 squashed bananas with a little sugar
1 yogurt (120ml)
1 glass of milk (250 ml)

Lots of Carbs and protein, right? please tell me what you think, and what could I add to it.
Thanks

More Protein

Need to find a way to put in some more Protein. Pack of Tuna, Chicken Breast etc.... I would take away the sugar, but that's just me.

But you have the right Idea

It's PWO by the way. You need more of everything. What are you goals gaining weight? Losing weight? Maintaining? How much do you weigh? etc etc.

yeah i corrected it now. The overall objective is to gain muscle weight. I obviusoly eat lost of protein during the day. Specially eggs and spinach in the mourning, and plenty of meat and chicken during the day. I'm 172 cm (5'8) and i weigh 68 kg (150 pounds).

I'm thinking about adding gelatin to the PWO meal right now.

you shouldn't look to spinach as a major protein source lol..

btw, u should aim for about 225g of protein/day. ur PWO has about 15g.
