oats/carb supp

ok, so I take a card supp post-wo (maltodextrine), and i want to start taking oats in my workouts shakes as well. (i just successfully blended some oats, feeling confident lol). My question is, do i take the carb supp before or after i workout? and do i take the oats before or after?
or
do i forget about about the carb supp altogether?

right now I'm thinking carb sup before, oats after.
anyone?
