Nutrient list

Note: this list is far from comprehensive but still a good starting point for those wanting to a compile a diet be it bulking or cutting, if you have any other input, list the food and what you believe to be its merits and i'll add it in

Damn, that's a handy list.

Add "Quinoa" to the carb list.

Also, include four subgroups of oats:
Whole Groats, Steel-Cut Oats, Rolled Oats. Quick Oats
(The oat family in ascending order of Glycemic score- whole groats are the best).

Also add lentils.

I gotta go. I'll make more suggestions later.

Nice list.
Definatly try the spelt bread. It kicks ass if you like a generally heavier heartier bread.

Also great list, I might have to use it for ideas when I head to the market.
