Nitric Oxide
Just bought a tub of NO-explode and was wondering if anyone else that took it, or other Nitric Oxide took 2 servins a day. It says on the label to take one 20 minutes before a workout and then 6-8hourse after, same with the cellmass. Is this what you did? and why do we need to take it when we're not working out?

Agree. One scoop before my workout is all I take and all I need.

Most people recommend 1 scoop per hundred lbs you weigh.
I only took 2 scoops before each workout 4x a week. I did not take it on my off days. I noticed huge improvements and big gains, but after 5 weeks, I plateaued and it didn't have the same effect. It says you don't have to cycle it, but I would recommend it.

I never tried NoXplode but I did try a while back No2 and wasn't impressed by it, not to mention the big pills tree times a day and the pumps were not bad, no gains or real strength just my veins shot out more and quicker recovery, but as of NoExplode can't say much wouldn't go back to BSN, try Legal Gear products I heard they work very well as well as Universal Nutrition
