Are you talking about the Six-Star? If so I think that is just a cheaper line put out by Muscletech.

I look at it this way;

Wal-Mart isn't exactly in the health business.

The higher quality creatine brands have less manufacturing by-product chemicals in them. Some believe these impurity levels in the cheaper creatine brands to be potentialy harmful.

My guess is that Wal-Mart would go for the cheapest source. But then, you would need to check to be sure.

Check the back. If it says it's Creapure or German Creatine, it's the good stuff.

Also while we're on the topic of wal-mart's supplements, their protien is decent, but it's pretty high in cholesterol with 40mg per scoop. At the reccomended serving of 4 scoops per day, that's a whopping 160mg of cholesterol.
Just buy allthewhey protien. It's only a little more, and it's alot better quality stuff.

I've started to buy my supps at Walmart...I haven't noticed any reason to think that they are any less quality.
