New to using my potassium pills protein and cratine, whats the best way to take these
As i mentioned earlier iam new to the whole using supplements while training thing.
I have been training for 3 months in MMA and now iam ready to take my gains and performance to the next level. My body is used to extensive workouts and iam in great shape, but iam ready to start getting stronger. With this said what is the most proper way for me to start taking my supplements?
I have been drinking a protein shake and a banana for breakfast, along with a potassium pill, and mixing my creatine in my water for before/during my workouts.
Please if you have any information that will help me about better ways to use these, and what exactly they are doing to my body so that i may better use them to my advantage please let me know.

Ditch the "potassium pill".
Creatine AFTER workout.
Train harder than you are.

You can take creatine before and after. I do.
More commonly, though, is just straight PWO. There's a lot solid reasons why you'd take it PWO, like repleting depleted stores and utilizing enhanced insulin sensitivity.
On the other hand, there's not a lot of solid evidence as to why one would take it preWO. Two reasons why I do is to make sure my creatine stores are topped, and to enhance the cellular shift of water for buffering capabilities. Plus, CM is cheap as hell, so why the fuck not.
