Although he does mention that combining creatine and BA has a synergistic effect so maybe it should stay and some of the other ratios are changed around instead.

The price difference between using a hydrolisate and a 2/1 mix of isolate/concetrate was only about £1.50 per kg so i probably will just go with hydrolized, or at worst a hydro/isolate blend. I'm still not convinced that it's absolutely necessary, bearing in mind that liquids are absorbed relatively quickly anyway but i suppose only trial and error will tell! I may go with a 2/1 hydro/isolate blend just for taste reasons, as i understand hydro is very bitter.
