As you know I am not a fan of WMS, but other than that, I like the formulas you came up with fatty

I actually don't use the third mix anymore. I go w/ a mix of egg white, whey, casein and oat powders as my follow-up "meal".
My immediate PWO is similar to what's listed there, minus the glutamine, but I'm going to do a low GI trial when my existing batch is used up. I no longer use CEE, either, as I haven't noticed any extra benefit that makes it worth the taste. I went back to monohydrate, but just started on tricreatine malate this week.
As for pre/peri, I'll probably continue w/ waxy maize there. I just switched that formula up this week... 30 grams BCAA + 5 extra grams leucine, 15-20 grams WMS, 5 grams beta alanine, 5 grams tricreatine malate and 1.5 individual packets of Crystal Lite.

I don't know if you've listed this elsewhere, but I'm interested in hearing more about this.

agreed mike. back when we used to have the high GI vs. low GI debate people claimed that results were the same.
but to my understanding waxy maize isn't high gi because it doesn't spike insulin, it just has very small molecular weight. good chance i misread the justin harris article among other literature. i was at work... therefore faking doing work.
maybe we'd have to compare dex/malto to a low gi carb powder?

It depends on how big you are. I'm 240 pounds and I think the recommended amount for me is 4 scoops. I usually only use two or three since I want to save a little money.

New mix:
30% hydrolyzed whey
60% WMS
10% BCAAs
With stevia and premium strawberry kiwi flavor.
It isn't super sweet like with malto/dex, but it is just a little sweet and tastes awesome IMO. I would recommend the strawberry kiwi.
