Just got 5lbs of Madmick's Biotest Surge mimicker with the fatty recommended Orange Creamsickle flavor. Tastes great. I can taste a little bit of the bitterness (enough to know it would taste like shit without the flavor added), but its great for a workout drink. Tastes similar to Tang IMO. I'll be trying Citrus limeade or another flavor next. Thanks guys!

Im considering buying some flavor packets from them. I've been using ON BCAAs lately and they taste like total garbage.

Why not just use some sugar-free crystal light? Quite a bit cheaper.

yeah they are real similar, but imo you cant go wrong with BSL choc or premium choc. BSL is awesome...but of course canadd up if you buy a shit ton of lbs.

I got the BSL with PWO mix. Some guy swore by it. Now you're the second guy to swear by it.

If you go with an isolate, just make sure it's primarily ultrafiltration or cross-flow microfiltration.
So you know, if you're willing to spend the extra dime, an isolate is preferred to a concentrate.

What about Micellar Casein? Recent research has shown that an isolate or hydrosylate blended with micellar casein is more effective then either one by themselves.

I changed from malto+dextrose and orange creamsicle to WMS and citrus limeade. The WMS is not sweet and I doesn't bother my stomach like the dextrose+malto did. The citrus limeade flavor is good as well.

Same results here. The WMS isn't sweet like the others, but it goes down easy and doesn't make me feel bloated and sick.

i just put in an order for 6lbs. of:
15% hydrolyzed whey
15% cold filtration whey isolate
35% WMS
35% dextrose
with added sweeteners like stevia and the premium orange, could i drop the dextrose for wms and not worry about tasting the hydrolyzed whey?
