Yeah, that looks fine. If you're really gonna go with glutamine, though, if it were me, I'd either drop it, or up it to between 5-10%. And you don't really need the taurine. I think it only functions as an insulin potentiator, but you already have maltodextrin, dextrose, glutamine...

thanks for the advice, i wanted to know if it was really worth it customizing one myself because theres already one there thats the simple carbs, protein in the right ratio with glutamine aswell for quite a lot cheaper, think il just stick with that and just buy BCAAs separately

I just received my trueprotein PWO mix today in the mail, my breakdown is exactly the same except for no creatine (I like the option to mix it in as I see fit) and an extra 5% whey.

My question, I remember reading somewhere a guideline for the gram to bodyweight ratio for drinks of this nature. If I go with the 105g recommendation on the first page, that would bump this up to a 300 calorie shake. Not that I mind, I just want to make sure it is the correct dosage for all users.

I never use more than 2-2.5 scoops of this powder when I use it making it a 60-75g shake

Thanks, I just made a 2 scoop 60g shake and I can't imagine this not being enough. And the Orange Creamsicle is yummy.

I just got my True Protein PWO mix yesterday and put a 2 scop/60g shake together for the gym this morning. Yikes! That is not pleasant. And the shot of apple cider vinegar didn't help. Of course, I'm just coming from a Gatorade and Cherry Syntrax blend, so the taste difference is not unexpected. But still.
How much water do you guys use? I'm hoping that this is a dilution issue.
This place needs a "Make it Taste Good" sticky.

What flavor did you choose? I used the premium orange cream, and I thought it was very tasty.

It was Wild Berry. I can taste it, but it's none too strong, which is why I think I'm using too much water.

For those who use the carbo gain, does it clump up when you you guys mix it. I usually just make my shake everyday post-workout instead of making one huge bucket full at once.

I've only used dextrose till last week and when it was just dextrose it was fine but since I included the carbogain its clumping like crazy. Any suggestions?

Edit - My shake is fine when I mix the water, creatine, protein powder and dextrose. The last thing I add is the carbo gain and when I do it clumps up instead of mixes and I use the same ratios as the original formula.
