Okay.

My model for PWO powder construction is from Berardi's Precision Nutrition (for athletes), and I mention other ratios used most notably by Pacific Health Labs.

This is athletic nutrition. Nowhere did I mention bodybuilding.

Madmick I'm not trying to knock you. I didn't read enough of the 6 pages of threads so when I read about hydrolized whey I assumed this recipe wasn't well suited for an athlete. It seems like you've done some good research in creating your PWO drink.
But my point towards the middle-end of the thread was for serious strength endurance athletes to consider fortifying their dietary intake rather than worry about a PWO.

I'm considering using this PWO drink instead of my usual 2 scoops of whey after lifting/jiu-jitsu... I'll also be ordering some EvoPro (despite my best efforts, I cannot mimic it for cheaper on trueprotein.com).. With a solid cassein (mornings / anytime) and good PWO drink I don't believe that I will need any other protein supplementation (plenty in diet already)... does this surround correct? the PWO should replace the whey that I have now, no?

Yeah, that works. A casein blend for anytime and this PWO powder for immediately PWO.

The first off information from Madmick and the ensuing discussion needs its own forum.

Err sticky. Or something. Damn!

Thanks!

didnt want to start a new thread because its more to do with this, does anybody know if this would be a good formula, sort of along the lines of the ones in here??

3% Taurine
3% L Glutamine
30% Maltodextrin
30% Whey Protein Isolate (EURO)
4% BCAA
30% Dextrose

if not, what could be better in it?

they only let you do 5% intervals now... sorta limits you in what you can put in.
