Piracetam and lecithin stack.
Hi, after reading a bit trough the old posts here I'm interested in giving Piracetam and Lecithin a go. I just wondered if there is any recent experiences from some of the board users when it comes to this?
I'm takin ZMA as well, any ideas if that's good/bad?(I did read somwhere that taking extra mag was good with Piracetam.)
And I was wondering if you had a good online-retailer to recommend, as it seems they dont really sell this stuff in Norway.

Did you read the "nootropic formula" thread started by Madmick?
BB.com sells piracetam and lecithin.

Yeah, I did. I was wondering if anyone has some new experiences with it.
Any recommendations for some particular brand, etc?

How new do you need? I took it last year and wrote about it. Other people have posted their experiences in the past few weeks (Urban). You want somebody who took it as you were writing your post?
Primaforce is one of the more popular brands. It comes in powder or capsule form. I recommend the capsule form for convenience and it tastes like petroleum. Mixing it with orange juice helps a lot, and it tastes good with the lecithin and OJ together.

Yeah, I get annoyed when people come cluttering the stand-up forums with stupid questions as well. But it's kinda nice to get a heads-up from someone.
Anyway, your review was an interesting read, as well as the link to 1fast400 forums in it. I can't seem to find Urbans post on his experiences.
Thanks.

No problem. Just keep track of what else is going on in your life and try to keep other things steady - sleep schedule, nutrition, training. That is, if you're intent on judging the results.
Also, if you have the cash, consider looking at other sources of choline precursors other than lecithin. Such as Centrophenoxine or Alpha-GPC. Read up on them and make the call. Though also keep in mind that piracetam is the oldest of the -racetams and people have been doing just fine taking it with lecithin.
Also keep in mind that I have never tried anything other than piracetam and lecithin, so take that for what it's worth.
Vedic takes Alpha-GPC, I hope he posts in this thread the protocols he takes it under.

Roger, I'll read up on them.
You had a nice review and seemed like a guy who tried a lot of different things. Any late developments on your part? Anything that has worked good for you in the realm of nootropics?

Nothing in particular, been pretty clean lately. Just started Intermittent Fasting yesterday so I don't really want to take anything until I adjust to this.
That being said, I have two unopned containers of oxiracetam I want to try at some point. And the rest of that foul tasting piracetam, which I feel compelled to take just because I bought it.

Nice, do you got a particular thread or journal where you'll post your results of IF?
I did five days and nights of just water-fasting last year, that was interesting. Three first days sucked, headache, slept poorly, last two days my mind was like a laser and I woke up after five hours sleep feeling fully refreshed.
I'd like to experiment more with that, there is definitely some room for tweaking when it comes to fasting.
