I tell everyone the same thing...there is no miracle or secret to getting fit. It requires hard work and a generally healthy diet. As long as you keep up the hard work, you will see results. Keep going! If youre trying to lose weight or get toned, you will def need to keep the cardio up though as generally once we get into the thirties or so, our ****bolism slows down some. I know that isn't much technical info, but im just saying, keep going, the key really is just staying consistent with hard work, and once you get to the point where youre pretty satisfied with, its all maintenance.
