Need some advice

Just a little history:

I am 32 - 5'10" and have gone from 207 to 177 pounds in about 3 months. I started jogging for the first month and then for the last 2 months I lift weights 5 days a week and have been training mma 2 nights a week. Since taking mma classes I have been having on and off issues with my knee which has impacted my jogging (little if no jogging at all except in class).

I am taking
Halodrol
CE2 Hi-Def
Whey Protien
Fish Oil
Trying to eat right (I would guess my calorie intake is about 1500 - Wife thinks that this is too low)

I have notice an increase in muscle size and strength (more then satisfied), but the gut and love handles just don't seem to be going away. Am I being impatient? Should I be taking in more calories during the day? Does low calorie cause slow ****bolism?

Thanks in advance

I tell everyone the same thing...there is no miracle or secret to getting fit. It requires hard work and a generally healthy diet. As long as you keep up the hard work, you will see results. Keep going! If youre trying to lose weight or get toned, you will def need to keep the cardio up though as generally once we get into the thirties or so, our ****bolism slows down some. I know that isn't much technical info, but im just saying, keep going, the key really is just staying consistent with hard work, and once you get to the point where youre pretty satisfied with, its all maintenance. Good luck!

Do CrossFit and eat a paleo diet in zone proportions and you will burn fat and add muscle so fast you won't even believe it.

ill give u the ultimate solution: eliminate ALL carbs after 6 PM....drink more water....do ur cardio and ab work EARLY in the morning on an empty stomach....do this for 3 weeks at 2 days on 1 day off (for the first week) and 3 days on 2 days off (for the next 2 weeks)....guaranteed to shed those love handles....i'll buy ur supplements for the next yr if this doesn't work

josh haynes went from 330-170 (now back up to 185) and he was thin but always still had the belly flab and love handles, it just comes from your skin being so stretched and having nothing to hold it out. It will take time, and can even take plastic surgery if your skin has lost its elasticity.

If you got down to 177lbs in three months that is amazing. I would lose maybe 10 pounds doing all of what you do! If you have real love handles they will probably never go away. To get them to go away you will have to be in an unhealthy state.

The knee pain is probably from working out so much all of the sudden. Training is a lot of stress on the joints.

Words like M E T A and S C R I P T are ****'d out because they can be used in HTML commands to cause problems with the servers that host the forums. Something like that anyway.
