Need Advice....

Over the last year i had put on weight and lost the weight. But i still have my beer belly.I have to slow down on the beer, and the smokes. Its getting too expensive, and im out of shape. I workout but not to the extent i did a few years ago. Not a fat guy at all. Im 5'10 155lbs. And even when i was at boxing/muay thai gym, i never looked skinny. i was lean but was always looked bigger then the 140-155 pounders.
I need some advice on a few things:

1. What i Eat/Dieting- It's rare for me to drink Pepsi(soft drinks),The last few months I've been eating a lot of Pizza(greezy shit) and started to eat Rotten Ronny's again. I dont over load on junk food but i eat a lot of garbage. I really want to start eating heathly. The booze in general is being cut down dramaticlly. The smoking has to stop, and i've stopped before, just when i drink, i chain-smoke.So Some Adive on meals, like proporation of the meal, and what find of meals.

2. Loosing my belly is what i want. It's my goal. I can run long distance, the first 10 minutes i cough up a lung but its smooth from there. I really want to burn the blubber off my stomach, i just need to know is running just good enough. of course there will be ab workouts. I just want to know the extent of this workout, and which part i should work on.
I could run over 5kms, but i wanted to know is it the time you put in on the run, or is it the distance?

Help on the Dieting/Meals Would be the most Appreciated.

The best advice I can give, as I've given other, is point you towards John Berardi's work. It's bascially the best nutrition sense composed in one place. Look for The Grappler's Guide to Nutrition and Gourmet Nutrition; both can be found in .pdf format. He has a total nutrition plan, called Precision Nutrition, but from what I've heard, it's over priced, and what you need can be found the two previous works I mentioned.

That is, unless you need a LOT of help (which you may). Then you may want to drop the wad on the PN plan.

Check out the 7 habits of highly effective nutrition (the link is in my sig). Until you have those 7 things in order nothing else is really pertinant. I also second the reccomendation of Precision Nutrition and Gourmet Nutrition (PN includes Gourmet Nutrition but at the minimum read his articles and get the cook bok, it kicks ass)

That is real advice. If you're expecting to be spoon-fed a 7 day menu plan, think again.

Read, educate, learn, and apply.

You got some great advice. The only thing the above post showed is how lazy you are and that you're an ass. I'm sure people will be lining up to give you "real advice" now.
