my diet and question about energy supplement

i want something to increase my energy

i feel tired all the time
i think my diet is ok and though i am training hard
i feel the tiredness isnt proportional

so
i am hoping there is something out there to help me
preferably non stimulant

waht are the options ?

thanks i feel like i allways ask the retard queastions

i am 178 cm tall and just under 80 kg and dropping

my diet is basiclly

10 30 meal 1 shake with protien, spinach and bananas
11 00 possible training session
01 00 meal 2 fried rice veges and salmon or tuna
04 00 meal 3 chicken salad
07 00 meal 4 mixed veges rice etc (my GF brings this)
10 00 likly training session
11 30 meal 5 protien shake with spinach

there is some variation of course but pretty much this is the deal

Is the rice white or brown? Brown Rice would sustain your energy levels better.

How often are you training?

white rice, brown rice is uncommen here
about ten sessions a week
