Does anyone know if i should get and mix cytomax with MM, if so do i just mix the two powders together and keep the same 16oz of water the same or do i make a 2 separate mixes then mix 'em together to get a total of 32oz of mix.?

I assume that they meant to consume Cytomax during training and have Muscle Milk afterwards. Regardless of what they meant it's extremely inferior for work out nutrition. Do a search on post workout drinks (PWO).
If you want to buy a product for workout nutrition you can look into the following (in order of coolness and unfortunately, price)...
Accelerade
Countdown
Endurox
Surge

I vouch for accelerade
I take it and it helps both during the session and for recovery

Oh yeah.
I fucking love Accelerade. You can feel the difference at the end of the workout. And I never cramp when I drink it.

It was because of you madmick that I tried it instead of Endurox
Sipping it through a heavy sparring session yesterday, whilst not making it feel easy, made me atleast survive

I was thinking MM after workout and before sleep, maybe as a meal/snack replacement perhaps? or is that a bad idea. And Accelerade a little before and during workouts (1 drink a day only when working-out or training)

Did you read the links I posted? MM is not a good choice after your workout. Sure, it's better than nothing at all but it's not a post workout drink because of it's protein and fat content, mostly.
Accelerade isn't a protein drink. Accelerade contains 4 times more sugar than protein. Pre/During/Post workout drinks should be mostly simple fast digesting sugar (like dextrose) with some whey protein. The links I posted really explain it all.
If those are the two supplements of choice for you then I'd take the Accelerade before and after training and down the Muscle Milk any other time in the day.

Endurox is a quality product though. In my opinion, a much better product than Accelerade (if price isn't a factor). I currently use Accelerade for during workouts as well though
