Weight Lose

I am only 5'10 and i was weighing 225lbs(not really FAT, just a little bit of a gut). In the last 3 months i have lost about 20 lbs. I would like to lose more weight but would like to lose it a little faster. I have cut a lot out of my diet and have been eating grilled chicken, fish, carbs(pasta, brown rice), oatmeal. I also have been taking xyience Xelerate Xtreme Energy Formula(twice a day instead of three times a day) and NOX-CG3 (400g) Creatine-Arginine-Glutamine(three times a week when i lift). I jog for 30 mins in the morning and workout in the early afternoon. I eat three decent sized meals with snacks in between. My workouts are usually a 5 min warmup and then 15 mins on the eliptical(fat burner program) and then another 15 mins of intravel(sp?) on the eliptical, then about 30 mins of heavybag, then sit ups and pushups and such. Then on lift days i usually run about 20 mins total and then lift for about an hour(rotating body parts on different days). I think that i will start using a jump rope for my warmup and part of my workout. Im not sure what else i should be doing. Any help would be great thanks.

Lifting too long. More running, less elliptical.

Everything else seems alright. Don't rush things too much, I know everyone wants things to "go faster," but you have to be realistic. The weight came off fast at first, but that pace slows down considerably. Don't expect to lose any faster than what you already have been.

Man, you should lose about 5lbs. a week easy from all the cash you're throwing away (read: Xyience).

if you wanna lose weight, start cleansing your body with a green food supplement. id recommend light force greens. 96 servings for 45 bucks at www.organicmma.com
i been using it for a while. i dropped 15 pounds and it continues to regulate my weight. wheatgrass is good for that too

I know that it will take time, i was just wondering if anyone had any good ideas. I dont think just saying that the elliptical is bad(without proof, cause i have read a ton of stuff saying it was a good workout) or that xyience is garbage(without any proof, and once again i have read a ton of good stuff about it....a few bad things too but mostly good). I know that it will take a TON of work to shed the lbs and then to keep them off as well.
