Not to be a dick but it sounds like you should do alot more reading on this board before you start taking supplaments. Muscle Milk is a casien(sp?) protein powder, it breaks down slowly compared to whey. Regardless of if you are taking cellmass or xyience you should probably be taking some kind of a protein shake. your best bet is to spend a week or two on this board before you buy any more supps and see what your goals are and what you need to reach them. However if you are not taking muscle milk right now you will probably start to see more weight gains if you start taking it. It all depends on how hard you are woking out, how much you are eating/resting etc etc. Take it from me, spend a week here searching these forums and you will learn more than you ever wanted to know.
