I take multi pro 32X. I had to remember to double the amounts on the multi pro because you take two capsels a day but, the chart only shows values for one capsel. I like multi pro.

Most multivitamins on the market today seem to provide copious amounts of certain vitamins and minerals. You dont' necessarily need that much! It's not necessarily healthy either.
