I say:
a)fresh fish
b)wild fish
c)oily fish (salmon, herring, sardine, etc)
In no particular order of importance.
1 out of 3 is good, 2 out of 3 is better, 3 out of 3 is excellent.
Regardless adding more fish to your diet is always a good thing, I avoid farmed fish, but that's still probably better than most other factory farm produced protein out there.
