mky calories in vs cal out for fat burning

I take in 2100 cal...my RMR is 2100 cal. I do HIIT 3 times a week, lift 3 times a week and train standup/grappling 3-5 times a week depending on my schedule. Is my caloric intake too low in terms of fat burning?
What makes me nervous is not knowing how many calories im burning w/ HIIT, i know that there is basically no way to know this, but i thought i'd ask u guys what u think.

there no way of know exactly you have to estimate it based on the intestity of the activity, time, and your weight. There are alot tools on the internet that can help you estimate how many calories you are burning during any activity.

I don't even try to keep track of how many calories I burn. I just look at how many pounds I lose each week, and use that as I guide.

as skeet has pointed out, the scale is going to tell you if your making progress, if your losing weight quick but feel like shit you may be running a bit low on the calories.

you may also want to take measurements or even pictures to help gauge your progress
