May not work for everyone but works for me
Hello evryone by all means this is no pofessinal advice it is just what I have been doing and it has worked well so I am going to share it take what you will from it .
I started off 27 years old and 6 years of no physical training.
I stood 6'2 238 pounds I now weigh 210 and I feel better than I ever have. I have lost a lot of body fat and gained a great deal of Muscle , stregnth and endurance.
My routine started off 17 weeks ago at 238 pounds. I started off by using the "Ripped kit" from Gnc as cheap as you can get as long as you are putting in the work out time(that is key) Along with Mega man multi vitamin everyday for 2 months along with 3 days of weights and 3 days of cardio and one rest day. That cut my bady fat increased my stregnth by a large factor 28 pounds of fat gone and who knows how much muscle gained but I am way more solid and muscles show 10x more than before and have much more strenghth. At week 14 or 15 satisfied with being in good enough shape to step it up a notch I looked up some routines on here in the stregnth training stickies (that is key also) and decided to try and build some mass but not a lot being I am a fighter not a body builder so I focused on a lot of stretching and shadow boxing inbetween the Heavy sets I now do with the wieghts according to the training guides I found in the forums. My suppliment intake is now different being that I am looking to incease mass soemwhat. I am taking the Nitrus explosion from GNC pre workout... The ultra AKG creatine liquid after the work out 4 egg whites and 2 regular eggs after the work out and 3 whey protine shakes throught the day as well as the Mega man multi vitamin. All my products are from GNC and If you can afford the othe rproducts of the same thing like the NO2 explode thats even better but at $109 dollars for 2 months I find that the GNC does me fine as long as I work out hard .I post this because the sherdog forum stickies have helped me more than I can praise but everyone has different goals and I found that mixing my goals and routine with the experience others have gained has saved me a lot of wasted time. EVERYONE seems to have "THE BEST ROUTINE" but it will not work for everyone. I found that if you are somewhat over weight and dont have much money this way works or if you are not over weight you should start off where I did from week 14 or 15 . Like I said I am no proffessional but this has worked for me and I am just trying to share my gains. If you want to know the basics of stregnth traing please read over the stickies section located at the top of the forums section they are MOST helpfull.
