Mass Gaining Diet :)

This is worked around a 45 hour a week full time work schedule btw

He's one to put the pounds on people

7 am 2 scrambled eggs on 4 slices of toasted bread, 75g oatmeal and 1 serving of N Large 2
10 am 1 apple, 1 oat bar and 1 mrp bar
1 pm 2 ham sandwiches, 1 baked potato with beans and a protein shake
4 pm 1 apple, 1 oat bar and 1 mrp bar
6 pm 2 chicken breasts w/ brown rice
7pm-8pm workout
8pm (post workout) 1 dose of creatine and a N Large 2 serving
9 pm 1 baked potato with beans OR 2 cooked turkey breasts (depending on how i feel)
11 pm 2 peanut butter sandwiches and a protein shake


How's about that? ;)
