Martin's IGF-2 Log

I recieved my bottle of IGF-2 last night, and at 9caps a day for their 160-200 LB scale, it should last me just under a month. The plan is to test my 1RM at the end of the cycle to see what, if any, quantifiable strength gains were made. My current maxes are as follows:

Squat: 355
Deadlift: 445
Bench: 275 (touch and go)

I weigh just under 180 lbs at a height of 70". My diet is not very strict (at all), and my main concern is to get enough food to fuel the machine, so to speak. I usually eat 3 fairly large meals, and I have 1-3 snacks a day, usually protien shakes, smoothies, and the like.

My current supplement regimen is the following:

AM
4 Caps Beta-Sine (Beta-alanine + ethyl creatine)
3 Caps Glucosamine Chondroitin (sometimes i take this at night)
3 Caps IGF-2 (starting today)

Afternoon-ish
3 Caps IGF-2

Pre-workout
1-2 scoops Noxplode or comparable product
4 Caps Beta-Sine

Night
3 Caps IGF-2
3 Caps ZMA

Feel free to flame, ridicule, or merely comment on my diet, supplementation, training, sexuality or whatever else you feel like

Glad to see you got it Martin! Looking forward to the log! BTW, take them 45 min before food, as food seems to interfere with the absorption.

Myth, a lot of people on here (myself included) are fans of carb loading. I use Accelerade with my Beta Alanine, for example. Would that have a benefit with this or RPM? I'm unfamiliar with the biomechanics of this.

Ok, i might have to shake up when i take them then beacause waiting 45 minutes after waking to eat sounds awful!
