Macadamia Nut Oil
Does anyone have any experience using macadamia nut oil? It has a relatively high smoke point (400F) and is higher in MUFA content than olive oil. Im interested in trying it out as a new cooking oil and maybe using it for other culinary tasks (salad dressings, marinades, etc.).
How is the stuff for cooking for those who have tried it?
Does it add any flavor to cooked foods?
How does it taste?
