Losing Love Handles and Such

Whats the best way to go about doing this?

It's particularly hard for me to get out and do cardio just because of my job and i work very long hours.

I'm 6'2, 211 right now but i'd really like to get close to 185 if possible. What are the best forms of cardio to get help me get down? I've changed my diet COMPLETELY, as I used to be a fast food junkie and now stick to a lot of fish, fruits and green vegetables with every meal. I'd really like to just drop some pounds but at the same time get some lean mass on me, including a ripped 6 pack that would make brad pitt shit his pants.

any help?

but if you're not up for joingin a gym.
then you start a walk/jog/run program.
If you hate all that then you need kalisthenics, mountain climbers, jumbing jacks, etc.
If none of that works for you then you are gonna have a serious problem.

How bad do you want it?
What hours do you work?
Whay can't you do it before work, after work, both?
Why aren't you in a gym?
