That's probably the best place to start.
but if you're not up for joingin a gym.
then you start a walk/jog/run program.
If you hate all that then you need kalisthenics, mountain climbers, jumbing jacks, etc.
If none of that works for you then you are gonna have a serious problem.
How bad do you want it?
What hours do you work?
Whay can't you do it before work, after work, both?
Why aren't you in a gym?
