Lose weight fast
Im weighing 154.8 as we type. I haven't eaten all day and I'm a bit dehydrated since I've been cutting weight today for a wrestling match tomorrow. As you know, after wrestling way ins you dont have a long time till you wrestle, so I am just focused onmaking weight right now. Anyways, if I weigh 154.8 right now, and I run for an hour non-stop jogging pace with sweats on, how much do you think I'll be weighing afterwards....considering I wont eat tonight and very little tomorrow morning.....Thanks.
