Icon6 Lose weight fast

Im weighing 154.8 as we type. I haven't eaten all day and I'm a bit dehydrated since I've been cutting weight today for a wrestling match tomorrow. As you know, after wrestling way ins you dont have a long time till you wrestle, so I am just focused onmaking weight right now. Anyways, if I weigh 154.8 right now, and I run for an hour non-stop jogging pace with sweats on, how much do you think I'll be weighing afterwards....considering I wont eat tonight and very little tomorrow morning.....Thanks.

dont eat tomorrow morning if you can hold out, it could make or break you, just run it and eat after the weigh in
