I just bought my first container of NOW phyto foods and I can't stand to drink it. It makes me gag after every drink. I have taken a lot of nasty supplements, but this is unbearable. I love how the company says it's "pleasant tasting" Any suggestions to make this crap go down easier??

Okay I drank it twice so far, once with cold water and the other with Lemonade Crystal Light. Both times I gagged it was so nasty. I felt like I was drinking grass from my front yard.

Yeah I get that, but I can't seem to choke it down without nearly throwing up. It doesn't seem worth the torture

Are you just using enough water to get it to mix in? Like a shot-sized bit of liquid?

NOW phyto is probably the worst tasting greens I've ever tried, but it's not so bad I can't take it.

Out of all the greens I've tried, NOW is easily the worst tasting. But even still, you get used to it after a while. Keep at it, the gagging will go away. Keep at it longer and it won't bother you at all.

My opinion is that a banana is one of the strongest flavoring agents. Try and throw that nasty stuff in a shake and add in a banana, stevia, cinammon, flax, etc. and make it a super shake. See if you can still taste it in that. I've never been able to taste my greens through it.

Come on, it's not that bad. I admit it sucks tho. Mix BA with it. It somehow neutralizes the horribleness a bit.

It is definetly that bad! That stuff is disgusting. I mixed it with 8oz of liquid both times
